Learning is what makes life fun! Who wants to do the same boring things all the time? Learning new skills and trying new things is exciting and gives us personal satisfaction.
I am currently learning: how to raise my kids (without going crazy), how to run my household more efficiently (where does the time go?), how to teach more effectively (thanks Eva!), and working on expanding my cooking repertoire (fresh oysters anyone?)
Hi Maggie, its helpful to see that lots of instructors deal with classroom management issues...its sometimes difficult to remember our students are adults when they act more like children!
ReplyDeleteIf you have any tips to share in regards to raising children, I'd be glad to read about them!! It seems like just as soon as I figure something out we have already moved on to something else and I'm always a step behind!

Hi Maggie, Yes you are so right. Life long learning never stops. If it did we would all be in some kind of holding pattern and life would be pretty boring. Raising a family, Running a household, and holding down a job is all a learn as you go process. Everybody is going to make mistakes along the way. Hopefully we learn from them and continue learning and improving through life
